
1. Get enough sleep. Your body needs rest in order to function properly from day to day. As much as it depends on you get at least 6 – 8 hours of sleep each day. With this you can have enough energy for the day. This can help you maximize your day.
2. Limit the amount of refined sugar or “sweets”, and don’t drink sugary beverages. Stay away from the sodas cokes, pepsi, diet and non diet. They will not help you in achieving fast weight lose.
3. Limit your starches (potato, noodles, pasta, bread, crackers) consumption to one modest portion a day at the
most. Eliminate starches when possible.
4. Eat protein. Protein is important, and it fends off hunger best.
5. Get out there and exercise. It does not matter what you do, as long as you are getting active. Running, walking, dancing, biking, or weight training are all going to have some affect on your body. Do something that you find fun and mix it up.
