Little Secret of Fast Weight Lose.

I was 20 years old and weighed in at 185 lbs even. One day with out thinking about it, my sister and I decided to walk 30 minutes. We used our walking as an excuse to go see our buddies in the neighborhood.
On top of the walking I started eating three times a day and small snacks in between. In the morning I would eat a half a bowl of cereal with very little milk in it. Before eating however I would drink 3 - 9 glass of water. Then we would begin our walks. Once lunch came I ate what ever we were having, but drank 3 - 9 glass of water before I ate.
I ate only half of what I would have eaten before. Then I would again continue our walks. Dinner came and of course my glasses of water I drank 3 - 9. Then ate half of what I usually ate at dinner. I was able to walk another time that night with my friend before getting ready for bed. Once home I would do my nightly routine, bath, brush teeth, etc: and watched a little T.V.
Within 6 months timing I had lost about 60 lbs. My family is very heavy and they have problems losing weight. My family is losing weight now that they are older, and sick. However it is creeping back up there slowly, I am 35 years old I weight 150 lbs. Even if you only walk twice a day for 30 minutes (15 one way then 15 back). Remember, walk, Drink lots of water, and above all you must eat … just cut your portions that you have now down to less by half. If you get hungry, then grab a snack, I snacked on crackers I had just a few until the hunger stopped. I never over stuffed my self I only ate till I wasn’t hungry anymore. Good luck to you and those trying if you just follow these simple rules and plans you will have no trouble losing weight and keeping it off for life. I however do not have the time to walk like I did when I was a teen, but even though I don’t, I still maintain my appetite by thinking before scooping.
Drinking plenty of water before each meal, and snacking on crackers and do your walking religiously. It has worked for me so it works. Don’t give up.
