
This is a simple recipe to help you as you go through your day. It does not have to be so boring and tedious. Purpose in your heart to make it fun. Here you go with the Menu:
Breakfast
1 bowl of cereal, with skim or 2% milk
2 pieces of multi grain toast with very little margarine or no margarine at all.
1/2 apple or banana
1 cup of black coffee or black tea
Morning snack
1/2 english muffin or 1/2 pita with 1 tblsp peanut butter and no sugar added jam
1 cup herbal tea
Lunch
Roast turkey (2 slices) or 1/2 can tuna with 1 tbsp low fat mayo
A bowl of salad with light Ranch dressing
2 slices of multigrain bread
1 cup skim milk or 2% milk
Afternoon snack
1/2 apple or 1/2 banana and 1 low fat yoghurt
Dinner
piece of baked or grilled fish or chicken
2 cups of salad - mixture of lettuce, mushrooms and peppers with low fat salad dressing
1 small potato or 1 cup of rice
1 cup of skim or 2% milk
Evening snack
2 cups popcorn with very little margarine and salt
OR
1 small yoghurt
AND
1 cup of herbal tea or coffee substitute
Combining these recipes with exercise and the other weight loss tips shared has helped and other readers to continue with our weight loss program successfully. Drinking at least 4-5 glasses of water per day with the recipes and exercise, is guaranteed to make you lose weight very fast.
