Weight Loss Help that Makes a Difference.

Has any body made fun of you because you are overweight? We live in a society where being cruel to fat people is very acceptable behavior. Family members forever nag and hassle each other about losing weight. “Hey, I see you’ve put on a few!” is a common statement heard at family get-togethers. Have you ever criticized someone for their weight?
I’m talking about people you know. Do you criticize? Ignore the problem? Or help? Do you have great weight loss advice and tricks, but keep them to yourself?
Why not explain how the information has helped you yourself out. This way, you’ll be releasing the information, without possibly hurting the other person’s feelings.
Here is how you can non-offensively help someone get on the right path to losing weight.
1. Ask him or her if they’d be interested in signing up for a softball, basketball or volleyball league with you. Do not mention weight or even fitness.
2. Sign up together for a fitness class offered at the local recreation center.
3. If you have some weight to lose yourself, see if the other person would be interested in joining you in entering a physique transformation contest together.
If you find that you have a habit of being harsh and nasty to someone who’s struggling with bad eating habits and the inability to adhere to exercise, then realize that your hostility goes way beyond that person’s weight.
